Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Attune Living products. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@attunelifestyleclub.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. We will send you a return authorization and return shipping address.

3. Pack your items securely with all original packaging and accessories.

4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please start a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Essential oils and oil blends that have been opened
Items that have been used or show signs of wear
Gift cards
