At Attune Living, we want you to receive your wellness tools as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Free Standard Shipping: Available on all all orders within the United States.
Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to international addresses, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. We appreciate your patience and will work to resolve any shipping issues promptly.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@attunelifestyleclub.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
